Do you use chemicals to clean the blinds?
No, we do not use chemicals. We use a non-toxic biodegradable cleaning solution along with a sheeting agent. The sound waves produced by the ultrasonics do most of the work and the cleaning solution just helps make it more effective and smelling fresh and clean.

Will it clean all parts of the blinds or shades?
Yes, ultrasonics can effectively clean all parts of your treatment. Since the sound waves can reach every nook and cranny, they will clean the slats, cords, ladder and headrails, every part of your blind or shade.

How long will it take?
In most situations, it will take approximately 3 days from start to finish. Whether you drop them off in our showroom or we pick them up for you, they can be hanging back in your window in about 3 days. Paper shades are available for those who need some fashionable privacy. Rush jobs and special situations can often be accommodated when necessary.

My treatment has faded, will ultrasonics fix this for me?
One thing that ultrasonics cannot fix is sun damage. If a fabric has lost its color or intensity, or has turned yellow from the sun, the ultrasonics cannot reverse this damage.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we absolutely do. If for any reason you are unhappy with the outcome of your cleaned products, we will issue you a credit equal to the cost of the cleaning that can be used towards the purchase of a new treatment. This credit will not include the cost for pick-up and re-installation.
